At Forever Oktober, every order is carefully packed by hand in small batches with lots of care, attention, and a little everyday magic ✨

As a small handmade business, please allow approximately 3–7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
During busy periods, launches, seasonal drops, or holidays, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to get your spooky goodies packed and on their way as quickly as possible. Please refer to our social media channels for company shipping updates @foreveroktober 🖤
📦 UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped using tracked delivery services where available.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
🔮 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays outside of our control.
Forever Oktober cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels have been handed to the delivery provider.
🖤 Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.
Forever Oktober cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may be required to resend the order.
📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
Please note:
- Lost parcel claims may require a waiting period in line with the courier’s policies.
- We are unable to refund or replace parcels that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
