At Forever Oktober, every order is carefully packed by hand in small batches with lots of care, attention, and a little everyday magic ✨

We truly hope you love your spooky goodies, but if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us via email and we’ll always do our best to help.

🔮 Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Wax melts
• Room sprays
• Bath & body products
• Cosmetic items
• Used or opened products

This is for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

🖤 A description of the issue
🖤 Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🕯️ Refunds & Replacements

If an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer:

• a replacement
• store credit
• or a refund where appropriate

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

📦 Lost Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the postal service, delivery is unfortunately outside of our control. However, if your parcel appears to be lost, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist you, and refund/replace if applicable.

As fragrance preferences are personal, we cannot offer refunds based on scent preference alone.
